Meeting of the President Xhaferi and the Political Director on Ross – Roth Seminars of NATO PA, Mr. Henrick Blidal
The Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia shall host the Ross – Roth Seminar of NATO PA for the seventh time in June 2018. Hence, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi met the Political Director on Ross – Roth Seminars of NATO PA, Mr. Henrick Blidal, in the framework of his visit to the Republic of Macedonia.
The President Xhaferi expressed pleasure that the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia will again host the Ross Roth Seminar of NATO PA, considering the fact that the Seminar will be held in time when the Republic of Macedonia vigorously works on the Euro Atlantic integrations, as well as that the Seminar will immediately precedes the Brussels NATO Summit in July.
Considering the organization of the Seminar, the President Xhaferi underlined that the Staff of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia shall provide overall professional and operational support and shall make all necessary preparations together with the NATO PA Staff for this international event to be realized on highest level.
Mr. Blidal expressed appreciation for the acceptance of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia to host this Seminar and underlined that the building of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia meets all standards for hosting this event.
NATO PA holds two or three Ross – Roth Seminars per year. In the two or three days the Members of Parliaments of the Member States of NATO and the Associate Members will meet government representatives, NATO Representatives as well as international organizations represented by experts, universities think – tanks and NGOs to discuss security issues of joint interest.
