Zlatko Atanasov, a correspondent of the Assembly elected as a member of the Executive Board of ECPRD  

The annual conference of the European Center for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD) was held in Helsinki, Finland. During the two-day conference was discussed on the role of the impact assessment of future factors of change and technological development, as well as on the role of the correspondents in regard to the submitted questions and answers in the interest of the MPs.

The Committee on Transport, Communications and Envronment of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia at its 28th meeting as the competent working body reviewed the Draft Law on Amending the Law on implementation the infrastructure projects for construction of road section Miladinovci - Stip and road section Kicevo - Ohrid (shortened procedure).

Meeting of President Xhaferi with the Prince Karel Schwarzenberg, deputy - chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs

Within the framework of the official visit to the Czech Republic, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi had a joint meeting with the Prince Karel Schwarzenberg, deputy-chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. The meeting was also attended by Jan Lipavsky, deputy - chairman of the Committee on Defence in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and MPs who are members of the Committee.

Meeting of President Xhaferi with Radek Vondracek, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic 

Within the framework of the official visit to the Czech Republic, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Talat Xhaferi had a meeting with the colleague and host, Radek Vondracek, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The Speaker Vondracek expressed his satisfaction from today's meeting and congratulated President Xhaferi on the successful voting in the Assembly for accessing the Constitutional Amendments. Also, expressed hope that also in the further stages will be achieved unity and mutual support.

Meeting of President Xhaferi with the Czech Prime Minister Babiš

Within the framework of the official visit to the Czech Republic, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia Mr. Talat Xhaferi has a meeting with Andrej Babiš, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.The Prime Minister Babiš underlined that the bilateral relations between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Macedonia are at an excellent level, without open issues and with intense communication.

Meeting of President Xhaferi with the members of the Working Group responsible for the EU relations with the countries of Western Balkans - Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo 

The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi and the Vice-Presidents Ms. Frosina Tasevska Remenski, Mr. Vesel Memedi and Mr. Goran Misovski, the coordinators of the parliamentary groups Mr. Tomislav Tuntev, Mr. Dragan Danev, Mr. Agrim Shaqiri, Mr. Afrim Gashi and Ms. Teuta Bilalli, as well as the Secretary General, Ms. Cvetanka Ivanova had a meeting with the members of the Working Group responsible for EU relations with theWestern Balkans countries, the Republic of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo.

Parliamentary delegation at the Inter-Parliamentary Conference in Vienna

The Delegation of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia composed of: Hari Lokvenec - Chairman of the Committee on Defense and Security; Ejup Alimi - coordinator of the Parliamentary group of the Democratic Union for Integration and Goran Milevski - co-chairman of the Joint Parliamentary Committee Republic of Macedonia - European Union participated in the Inter-Parliamentary Conference organized by the Committee on joint foreign security policy of member countries of the EU that was held from 10 to 12 October 2018 in Vienna, the Republic of Austria.
