PROFESSIONALISM, ETHICS AND INTEGRITY – ADVANCE TRAINING FOR THE ASSEMBLY STAFF
In the period from 26 to 28 March 2018, an advance training on Professional Ethics and Integrity as held at the Education Centre of the Parliamentary Institute intended for the Assembly Staff.
The three-day training encompassed the Macedonian practices related to professionalism in the work environment, integrity and the ties thereof to transparency, as well as the added value of adequately implementing the employees’ Code of Conduct. This training rounds up the project for strengthening the administrative capacities of the Staff at the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia which was implemented in three stages since September 2017.
The training programme was delivered by the Centre for European Security Studies (CESS) of the Netherlands as well as the Assembly of the Republic Macedonia with the financial support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Skopje.
