Born in 1956 in the village of Cegrane, Gostivar, RM. Albanian. Law graduate. Worked as a high school professor in Gostivar, as well as a journalist in the Macedonian Radio and Television. Fluent in French. Member of Parliament since the previous mandate in 1994. Lives in the village of Cegrane, Gostivar.

From 1990 to 1994 served as Chairman of the PDP branch for the municipality of Karpos, Skopje. PDP Secretary General from 1994 to 1998. Member of the Presidium and Co-ordinator of the Parliamentary Group of PDP in the Assembly of the RM. Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Co-operation with the Parliament of the Republic of Turkey. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the Parliaments of the Kingdom of Norway, Republic of Finland, Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Iceland. From 1996 to 1998 held the position of Vice-President of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and Minister of Labour and Social Policy. 
      
 Born in 1961 in the village of Laskarci, Skopje, RM. Albanian. Law graduate. For certain period worked as a journalist in the daily in Albanian language "Flaka". Knowledge of French. Member of Parliament in the two previous mandates from 1990 to 1994 and from 1994 to 1998. Lives in the village of Laskarci, Skopje.

Born in 1957 in the village of Livada, Struga, RM. Albanian. Medical doctor, Master’s degree in medicine. Worked as general practitioner in Pristina, Kosovo FRY, where he specialized in surgery. Completed sub-specialization at the University Clinic in Zurich, Switzerland. Works as a surgeon in the Health Care Policlinics in the village of Velesta, Struga. Fluent in English. Lives in Struga.

Born in 1954 in the village of Aracinovo, Skopje, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics – Chemistry Department. Used to work as a professor of chemistry, followed by the position Principle of the Zef Ljush Marku High School in Skopje from 1985 to 1989. Knowledge of English. Member of Parliament form the PDP in the two previous terms of office from 1990 to 1994 and from 1994 to 1998. Lives in the village of Aracinovo, Skopje.

In the previous Government of the Republic of Macedonia held the office of Minister of Science; Member of the Government in two terms of office. Former Chairman of the National Committee on the TEMPUS programme and Co-ordinator of the activities for its implementation in the Republic of Macedonia. 
      
Born in 1945 in the village of Lojane, Kumanovo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Knowledge of French and Italian. Member of Parliament in the two previous terms of office from 1990 to 1994 and from 1994 to 1998. Lives in Skopje.

First President of the PDP branch in Kicevo. From 1991 to 1994 served as Advisor in the local government in Kicevo. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Co-operation with the Parliament of the Republic of Mongolia and Parliamentary Group for Co-operation with the Parliament of the Republic of China. 
      
Born in 1950 in the village of Kolibari, Kicevo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology. Used to work as a school professor of Albanian language and literature in the State Secondary School "Mirko Mileski" in Kicevo. Worked as an expert advisor in the regional unit of the Ministry of Education in Kicevo. Fluent in French, knowledge of German. Member of Parliament from the PDP in the previous term of office from 1994 to 1998. Lives in Kicevo. 
      
He was elected deputy chairman of the Assembly on 13 May 1998.

Born in 1957 in the village of Lubin, Skopje, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, department of Automatics. Worked as an automatics engineer in the Design and Development Department, later as Head of the Computing Center in the Shar Company in General Jankovic, Kosovo, FRY. Worked as a professor in the Zef Ljush Marku high school in Skopje. Last employment was as a Republic’s Labour inspector in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Knowledge of English and Turkish. Member of Parliament in the previous term of office from 1996 to 1998. Lives in Skopje.

Born in 1944 in the village of Gradec, Gostivar, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Ph.D. in philological sciences. Worked as a teacher in the village of Negotino, Gostivar, then as a professor of the Albanian language in the High School in Gostivar. Worked as an independent adviser in the Institute of Pedagogy of the Republic of Macedonia. Professor at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Skopje since 1997. Knowledge of French. Member of Parliament since the first term of office in 1990. Lives in the village of Gradec, Gostivar.
