Member of the Party for Democratic Prosperity in Macedonia. Born in 1944 in Gradec, Gostivar, Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology. Doctor’s Degree in Philology. He was Member of Parliament in the previous parliamentary composition. Lives in Gostivar.
