Committee on Economy The Finance and Budget Committee has a Chairperson and 10 members elected among the Representatives in the Assembly and four members - scientists and experts.
The Committee considers questions regarding:
- system of finance and system of resources and types of revenues of the Republic and the municipalities;
- taxes, duties, contributions and other public duties of the citizens and legal entities;
- Budget of the Republic and the Annual Financial Report on the Budget;
- compensations, premiums, refunds and incentives;
- concessions;
- public loans;
- issue of bonds;
- property and personal insurance system;
- effects of the financial instruments and measures by the monetary and credit and banking system;
- ratification of agreements concluded with international financial organizations;
- accounting system, payment and money transfer system;
- salaries and other remunerations of the employees, covered by the Budget;
- financial control services;
- real estate records and trade;
- assets and other property rights;
- interventions in the economy provided by the Budget finances;
- investements financed by the Budget;
- lottery games;
- solidarity finances, and
- other questions concerning the financing.
