The Committee on Constitutional Issues has a Chairperson and twenty members elected among Representatives in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and seven members - scientists and experts.

The Committee considers questions regarding:

-implementation of the Constitution;

-proposals for amending the Constitution;

-preparation of texts for amending the Constitution;

-principal constitutional issues concerning the adoption and enforcement of laws and other regulations and acts, and
