The Committee considers questions regarding the:

system of finance
budget of the Republic;
taxes, duties, contributions and other public duties of the citizens and legal entities;
customs system;
monetary and credit, banking and exchange system;
system of payment and auditing;
loans and credits;
public loans;
insurance system;
property and other property rights relations;
commodity stocks;
games of chance; and
other questions regarding the financing.
