Club on Youth Affairs and Policies 

The Club on Youth and Policies, following the example the European Parliament and the other West – European Parliaments, was established in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.   

The Club on Youth and Policies is an informal body of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia comprised of the Members of all parliamentary parties aiming to represent the interests of the young people in the Republic of Macedonia, through the cooperation with the youth organizations, informal youth groups and youth wings of the political parties. 

The Club is supported by the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi and the Secretary general of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Ms. Cvetanka Ivanova as well as the coordinators of the MP Groups.  

At the constitutive Meeting, the President Xhaferi underlined his support for this initiative and added that beside the fact that this body is informally body, it shall be a string lobby group though which young people and youth organization will be able to underline the interests and the Legislative house can interpret them. 

The Secretary General Ivanova welcomed the initiative underlining that this is a historical moment and that this group is the founder and the bridge between the legislative house and youth. 

The Coordinators: Tomislav Tuntev, Afrim Gasi and Ejup Alimi addressed at the Meeting and expressed pleasure from the establishment of this informal body.  

Ivana Tufegdzik, Pavle Bogoevski, Meri Lazarova, Betiane Kitev, Nola Ismajloska Starova, Teuta Biljali and Agim Sakiri attended the Meeting.

The Club shall work on the principal of rotation of coordinators.  

Ms. Ivana Tufegdzik was elected as first Coordinator, and Ms. Nola Ismajloska Starova as Deputy Coordinator.
