Meeting of the President Veljanoski and the President of PACE, Mr. Pedro Agramunt
Today, in the framework of the European Conference of Presidents and Speakers of Parliament, held in Strasbourg, the French Republic, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski had a meeting with the host of the Conference, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr. Pedro Agramunt.
The President Veljanoski expressed pleasure from the meeting and the opportunity to discuss the current affairs in our state and Europe. The interlocutors agreed that all challenges can be surpassed through a calm approach and dialogue, in direction of benefiting all citizens and better future of the state. Mr. Veljanoski expressed appreciation for the principle policy and the constant support from the Council of Europe.
The President Agramunt thanked President Veljanoski for the participation in the Conference and underlined that the cooperation of the Republic of Macedonia and all bodies of the Council of Europe is significant. He expressed interest to visit the Republic of Macedonia and to be closely acquainted with the affairs in the state.
The President Veljanoski extended an official invitation to the President Agramunt to visit the Republic of Macedonia and to be guest of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. The interlocutors expressed conviction that the cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and the Council of Europe will continue to develop in the future as well.
