The President Xhaferi met his Greek Colleague, Mr. Nikolaos Voutsis, Speaker of the Hellenic Parliament     

In an informal and friendly atmosphere, the two President Exchanged opinions on the opening of the parliamentary cooperation between the two Parliaments, on the level of Speakers and on the level of parliamentary Groups for Cooperation.

In the framework of the Conference of Speakers of the European Union Parliaments, held in Tallin, Estonia on 23 and 24 April, the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi met the President of the National Council of Austria, Mr. Wolfgang Sobotka .

Other Meetings of the President Xhaferi in the Framework of the Official Visit of the Republic of Turkey  

In the framework of the Official Visit of the Republic of Turkey , the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi realized two meetings in Istanbul.  The MPs: Mr. Vesel memedi, Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Enes Ibrahim, Chair of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the Parliament of the Republic of Turkey and Mr. Jusuf Hasani, Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation attended these meetings.

The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi in the framework of the official visit to the Republic of Turkey met the President of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The MPs: Mr. Vesel memedi, Mr. Enes Ibrahim, Mr. Jusuf Hasaniattended the meeting.

Meeting of the President Xhaferi and the President of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Ismail Kahraman  

The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi accompanied by the MPs: Mr. Vesel memedi, Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Enes Ibrahim, Chair of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the Parliament of the Republic of Turkey and Mr. Jusuf Hasani, Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation have started the official visit to the Republic of Turkey with a visit of the Mausoleum of Ataturk, laying wreaths and signing the Golden Book.

Delegation of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia to the SEECP PA, headed by the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi participated in the Fifth Annual Session of SEECP PA  held in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia, on 13 and 14 April.

The South East European Process for Cooperation was established in 1996 as a regional forum for South East European States. I shall not recall the most recent decade of the 20th century when SEE States have been through an intensive process of deep social and economic processes of transition.
