17th meeting of the national european integration council
The National European Integration Council, reviewed the Information on the Realized Activities from the National Program on Adoption of the Acquis- Revision 2010, for the period from 01.07.2010-30.09.2010, drafted by the Secretariat on European Issues from the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
Ms. Marina Kurte, Political Advisor attended the Meeting as a Representative from the Delegation of the EU in the Republic of Macedonia.
The Vice Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia authorised for European Issues participated in the meeting and informed that the aim of the drafted material is to regularly inform the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and the National European integration Council on the degree of implementation of the National Program on Adoption of the Acquis, in accordance with the Conclusions adopted by the National European Integration Council and the Committee on European Issues. In the past period and in accordance with the NPAA, 58 Draft-laws were adopted and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia and 29 draft-laws are in assembly procedure from the total of 106 laws.
The Mps: Ms. Radmila Shekerinska, Ms Silvana Boneva, Mr. Petar Pop Arsov and Mr Andrej Zernovsi, as well as the Members of the Council: Mr. Dimtar Minchev, and Mr. Aleksandar Krzalovski participated in the meeting through suggestions and remarks.
The Council adopted the Conclusions from the public debates on: the Draft-law on Protection of Competitiveness, Draft-law on State Aid, Draft-law on Audit, Draft-aw on Safety of Food and the conclusions from the debate on “Policies for Promotion of the Environment in the Republic of Macedonia.
