38TH MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON EUROPEAN ISSUES
The Committee on European Issues of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, on its meeting held on 11 January 2010, reviewed the Draft-law on Amending the Law on Inland Navigation (first reading) and the Draft-law on Veterinary - Medical Materials (first reading). With 6 votes “for” and 1 “against” the Committee concluded that the Law on Inland Navigation is acceptable and should proceed to further reading.
The need for adoption the Draft-law on Veterinary-Medical Materials was elaborated from the aspect of harmonization with the Acquis by the Representative from the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Ljupco Dimovski - Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management.
The Committee, as interested working body, reviewed the Draft-law and unanimously concluded that the Draft-law on Veterinary-Medical Materials is acceptable and should proceed to further reading.
