48TH MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE, FORESTRY AND WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
The Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, on the 48th Meeting held today, as a competent working body, reviewed the Draft-law Amending the Law on Seeds and Planting Materials for Agriculture Products (second reading).
Mr. Ljupcho Dimovski, Minister on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management attended the Meeting as a Government Representative.
The Chair of the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management, Mr. Nikola Kjurkchiev, informed the MPs that in the timeframe stipulated by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, 5 amendments were submitted.
2 amendments were adopted and 3 amendments were rejected by the MPs on this Meeting.
The MPs: Nikola Kjurkchiev, Mr. Cvetan Tripunovski and Mr. Femi Junuzi participated in the debate on the amendments.
After the debate the Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources Management concluded that the Draft-law Amending the Law on Seeds and Planting Materials for Agriculture Products should proceed in further reading in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
