THE DREAM OF PLURAL PARLIAMENT- 20 YEARS AFTER 

The 20th Anniversary of the First Parliamentary Elections was marked in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia today. 
Mr. Jani Makraduli, President of the Board on the 20th Anniversary of the First Multiparty Elections chaired the event. He underlined that he is honoured to be among the MPs from the first parliamentary mandate of the Assembly of Republic of Macedonia and underlined that these MPs are the heroes of their time. 

Mr. Trajko Veljanoski, President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr Stojan Andov, First President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Nikola Koneski, Chair of the State Election Committee and the Committee on Referendum (1991) and Mr. Abdurrahman Aliti, MP from the First mandate of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia addressed before the patricians. 
The projection of the documentary video of the first sessions of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia caused emotional reaction among the present. 

The Marking of the Anniversary also included debate : The Dream for Plural Parliament- 20 years after” 

Mr. Stojan Andov, First President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, chaired the Debate and many MPs participated with their remarks. 

Part of the participants stated that they have expected more, and part of them stated that their dream of plural parliament has been fulfilled 20 years after.
