57TH MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON ECONOMY
The Committee on Economy, on its 57th meeting, as a competent working body reviewed the Draft-law Amending the Law on Trade Unions (first reading) and the Draft-law Amending the Law on Protection of Consumers (first reading).
- Mr. Aleksandar Popovski, Head of the European Integration Department from the Ministry of Economy elaborated the Draft-law Amending the Law on Trade Unions (first reading) and underlined that the general aim of the amendments harmonization with the Acquis.
After the debate, the Committee anonymously concluded that the Draft-law Amending the Law on Trade Unions (first reading) is acceptable and should proceed in further reading.
- Mr. Neriman Xheladini, Head of the Internal Market Department in the Ministry of Economy elaborated the Draft-law Amending the Law on Protection of Consumers (first reading).
After the debate the Committee unanimously concluded that the Draft-law Amending the Law on Protection of Consumers (first reading) should proceed in further reading in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
