1ST MEETING OF THE INTER-COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The Inter-Community Relations Committee from the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia held its 1st Meeting, chaired by the President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski.
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski, congratulating the election to the Members for being elected in the Committee, informed that he will chair the 1st Constitutive Meeting of the Committee. He underlined the important role of this committee in the development and the promotion of the relations among the communities in the Republic of Macedonia.
Upon a proposal of the Chairman, the following agenda was adopted:
- Election of Chair and Deputy Chair of the Inter-Community Relations Committee
The Member of the Committee, Mr. Talat Xhaferi proposed Ms. Ermira Mehmeti, MP and Member of the Committee as Chairperson of this Committee.
Mr. Oliver Spasovski proposed Ms. Marinela Tusheva, MP and Member of the Committee as Deputy Chairperson of the Committee.
After the voting, the Chairman concluded that the Ms. Ermira Mehmeti is elected as Chairperson of the Intercommunity Relations Committee and Ms. Marinela Tusheva is elected as Deputy Chairperson of this Committee.
