The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. TrajkoVeljanoski, expressing his appreciation for the meeting, underlined that the Republicof Macedonia and the State of Israel have excellent relations on politicallevel, but that there is always opportunity to promote the cooperation in everyarea of mutual interest.
The interlocutors expressed satisfaction from the high level contactsand the cooperation in the past period, valuating this cooperation as successful.
In this context, the ambassador Amrani conveyed the greetings from thePresident of the Knesset, Mr. Reuven Rivlin, as well as from Ms. Lia Shemtov,Chair of the Cooperation Group with the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia andthe Knesset.
One of the topics of the meeting was the economic cooperation and theattraction of Israeli investments in the Republic of Macedonia, underlining theneed for more frequent visits of Israeli businessmen to the Republic ofMacedonia and seizing the possibilities for investment in Macedonia.
The Ambassador Amrani underlined that there is a great possibility forpromotion of the tourism and visit of tourists from Israel.
