BUILDING EVEN STRONGER BRIDGE OF FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN THE TWO STATES  

The Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Antonio Miloshoski had a meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Macedonia, located in Jerusalem, H.E. Dan Oryan.  

At the beginning the Vice President Miloshoski expressed appreciation for the visit and congratulated the Ambassador on the appointment on the position and wished hip good and successful work. 
Miloshoski expressed pleasure from the decision in 2008 for opening Macedonian Embassy to Israel, a friendly state with which we have no open issues.

He also underlined that so far there are many mutual agreements, visits and support in various international organizations and the construction of the Memorial Holocaust Centre should be an example for the Region. 

The Ambassador Oryan emphasised that this is his first post as Ambassador, but that he sees great potential for promotion of the cooperation. In the same time he informed the attendees on the current developments in Israel.

The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Macedonia, located in Jerusalem, H.E. Dan Oryan had a meeting with the Chair of the Parliamentary Group of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia for Cooperation with the Parliament of the State of Israel, Mr. Pavle Trajanov and the Members of the Group. Ms. Silvana Boneva and Ms. Blagica Laskovska attended the Meeting. 

The Chair and the Members of the Parliamentary Group were informed on the current affairs in Israel, as well as the election of the Chair of the Friendship Group for Macedonia. It was underlined that in near future the Members and the Deputy Members of this Group will be elected, which shall provide increased mutual cooperation.  

The Chair and the Members of the Group stated that they are determined to continue the cooperation on parliamentary level, as well as cooperation in the areas of economy, energy, medicine, exchange of students and other areas of mutual interest.
