MEETING OF THE VICE PRESIDENT MILOSHOSKI WITH BRUSSELS DELEGATION
The Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Antonijo Miloshoski, had a meeting with the Delegation from the General Directorate on Enlargement of the European Union, Western Balkan Unit, headed by David Cullen.
The visit of the delegation is realized immediately prior the publishing of the new Republic of Macedonia Progress Report announced for 8 October. In this context, the Vice President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia expressed hope that the new Commissioner on Enragement, Mr. Johannes Hann will pledge for our state.
Mr. Miloshoski informed the delegation from Brussels on the current affairs in the Parliament and in the state, referring also to the absence of the opposition in the Assembly; the incident between DUI and DPA, expressing wish to surpass them and hope that these events will not influence the issuing of the next positive Report.
Also, the meeting focused on the Draft – Decision on Amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia in many areas, as well as to the IPA Funds.
All in all, the meeting was an opportunity for the team of experts to be directly acquainted with the achievement and the development of the state and deepening the cooperation with the Commission.
