NEW YEAR'S ADDRESS OF THE PRESIDENT VELJANOSKI
Distinguished fellow citizens,
At the door step of the new 2015, I would like, for a moment, to look back to the year that is behind us. I am personally convinced that in the past twelve months we have had many beautiful moments and pleasures. That is why, in the new 2015, I wish all our citizens, first and foremost health and personal happiness.
I believe that all of us, through our dedication, unity and honesty, which are the characteristics of our citizens, can do a lot in the new 2015 for each one of us, for our families and for the Republic of Macedonia.
I wish for the new year, on the basis on these very attributes, the Parliament and the parliamentary democracy to function appropriately to a modern society and European state, since the Republic of Macedonia as civilization and as culture is part of Europe.
That is why, in 2015, I wish for stabile Macedonia, economic prosperity for all citizens. May our families be healthy and happy.
