THIRD MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS
The President of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Trajko Veljanoski chaired the 3rd Meeting of the Committee on Constitutional Affairs. The Draft Amendments XXXIII, XXXIV, XXXV, XXXVI, XXXVII, XXXVIII, XXXIX and XL to the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia and the Report on the Results from the Public Debates in the Draft – Amendments XXXIII, XXXIV, XXXV, XXXVI, XXXVII, XXXVIII and XXXIX to the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the Draft- Constitutional Law on Implementation of the Amendments from XXXIII to XL to the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia were on the Agenda of the Committee.
Upon the finalization of the debate on the Draft – Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, the Committee adopted Conclusions and after the finalization of the debate on the Draft- Constitutional Law on Implementation of the Amendments from XXXIII to XL to the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, the Committee approved the Draft – Constitutional Law to further procedure in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.
