Member of the Democratic Party of the Albanians. Born in 1956 in Shipkovica, Tetovo, Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology - Albanian Language and Literature. Director of the primary school in Grupchin, Tetovo. Lives in Tetovo.
