Member of the Democratic Union of the Albanians. Born in 1933 in Pirok, Tetovo. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences. Pensioner. He was Member of the Parliament of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia and of the Assembly of SFRY. Lives in Skopje.
