Born in 1935 in Kavadarci, Republic of Macedonia. Graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, and received his masters degree at Belgrade University; He was a Vice-President of the Republic Executive Council, a Member of the Macedonian Delegation to the Chamber of Republics and Provinces in the Federal Assembly and a Member of the Federal Government for three terms, where he outstands his role of a negotiator for former Yugoslavia in the contacts with the EEC experts (1971-1987); 
      
He is considered an excellent connoisseur and an expert on economic issues, as well as a politician with market economy orientation; He was an Ambassador of former Yugoslavia in Iraq (1987-1991). He is a founder of the Liberal Party of Macedonia, and led the LPM as its Leader up to the merger with the former DP in 1997, when he became President of the Council of the newly created political subject; After the revival of the Liberal Party of Macedonia, he became its member of the Executive Committee; He was elected Vice-President of the Liberal International. At the first multi-party elections in 1990, he was elected for a Representative to the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, and became President of the Assembly in January 1991; 
      
At the second multi-party elections in 1994, he was re-elected for a Representative to the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and for President of the Assembly, executing this duty up to March 1996; He was elected for a Representative to the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia on the last elections (1998) as well; Being a Member of the Parliament, currently he is President of the Committee for Monetary and Creditor Policy and Banking of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia; He was nominated for President of the State on the last Presidential Elections in 1999; On November 30th 2000 he was elected President of the Assembly of Republic of Macedonia.

Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Policy in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, member of several Committees in the Party (Committee on Statutory Issues, on Foreign Policy, on Relations with Other Countries, on Immigration). 
      
Born in 1956 in Skopje, RM. Macedonia. Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Worked as an electrical engineer in "Radiodifuzija" and "Masinogradba Skopje". Fluent in German, Russian and English, knowledge of French and Polish. Member of Parliament from 1991 to 1994. Lives in Skopje.

Born in 1957 in Sveti Nikole, RM. Macedonian. Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Director of the Automated Telephone Exchange in Sveti Nikole. Knowledge of English, Russian and German. Member of Parliament since 1994. Lives in Sveti Nikole.
