   Born 1949 in the village of Otlja, Kumanovo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy- History and the Faculty of Natural Science-Mathematics, first degree. Worked as a history teacher. Knowledge of German. Member of Parliament since 1990. Lives in the village of Otlja, Lipkovo.
