Dear Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Şentop,
Dear Members of the Delegation,
Dear Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Zoran Zaev,
Dear President of MATUSITEB, Mr. Emin,
Your Excellency Sekizkök,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my honor and pleasure to have the opportunity, on behalf of the Members of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia and on my own behalf to welcome the highly respected Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, my friend Mr. Mustafa Şentop and esteemed Members of the Delegation, and allow me to seize this opportunity to congratulate You dear fellow, all those present in the hall, and all our fellow citizens on 21st December – the Turkish Language Day in the Republic of North Macedonia, which is in honor to our fellow Turkish citizens in the country, and also with all due respect and attention to the Republic of Turkey that is our traditional, long-standing and sincere friend.
By the term friend, I mean both good and evil. The helping hand of the Turkish people always touches our hearts. It does so even in this difficult period of time of global pandemic when humanity is facing a global health and economic risk. We are thankful for your presence, cooperation, support and help in every segment of our existence as a country. Our partnership, besides in PCSEE, now is extended with our membership in NATO and PABSEC, where together we will contribute to building peace and welfare in the world. I express huge gratitude also to the Turkish Crescent, to ТИКА and the MAARIF Foundation. Be alive, healthy and may the friendship with the Republic of Turkey live forever! Thank you for the attention!
