President of the Municipality Committee of the Union of the Socialist Youth - Debar, border inspector and other positions in OVR-Debar, commander of the Territorial Defence of the municipality of Debar, head of Headquarters of the Protections Corps of Kosovo, commander in chief of the Headquarters of NLA in Macedonia. Knowledge of English. Lives in Debar.
