Born in 1960 in the village of Aragel, Oslomej, Kicevo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics. Worked in a private company. Served as a Mayor of the municipality of Oslomej. Knowledge of English. Lives in the village of Aragel, Kicevo.
