Member of the Presidium of PDPA-NDP and Co-ordinator of the PDPA-NDP Parliamentary Group. Member of the Parliamentary Delegation to the OSCE PA. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the European Parliament. 
      
Born in 1969, Debar, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ph.D. in mechanical sciences. Served as Head of production in Deplast, Debar. Fluent in English, knowledge of Italian. Lives in Debar.
