Member of the Central Committee of SKM and SKY from 1988 to 1990. Secretary General of SDSM from 1988 to 1990. Vice-President of SDSM from 1995 to 1998. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the Parliament of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. 
      
Born 1948, the village of Vladimirovo, Berovo, RM. Macedonian. Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering; has a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering. Worked as electrical engineer in "Rudnici i Zelezarnica" in Skopje. Worked in the Trade Company "Slavia", Skopje. Since 1973, works as University professor at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering. Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian and French. Member of Parliament from 1990 to 1994. Lives in Skopje.
