Member of the Presidium of the PDPA-NDP. Member of the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the Parliament of the Republic of Albania and the Parliamentary Group for Co-operation with the Parliament of the Hellenic Republic. 
      
Born in 1960 in the village of Dobroste, Tearce, Tetovo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Philosophy. Worked as a high school professor. Lives in the village of Dobroste, Tetovo.
