Born 1941, Prilep, RM. Macedonian. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture. Worked as an Urban Planning Inspector, as Head of the Department of Construction and Public Utilities. Former Head of the Department of Urban Planning and in charge of the urban planning and public utilities in the organs of the local self-government. Once a Member of Executive Council in the Council of the municipality of Prilep. Former Deputy-Minister of Construction, Urban Planning and Environment. Knowledge of French and Russian. Lives in Prilep.
