Born 1949, Negotino, RM. Macedonian. Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences; Ph.D. in Political Sciences. Worked in the Institute for Social and Legal Research. University professor. Fluent in Bulgarian, knowledge of English. Lives in Skopje.
