Born in 1964 in Tetovo, RM. Albanian. Graduated from the Faculty of Philology. Used to work as a school professor, and in the Minas private company in Tetovo. Knowledge of English. Member of Parliament from the PDP in the previous term of office from 1994 to 1998. Lives in Tetovo.
