COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES

The Committee on Constitutional Issues has a Chairperson, sixteen members and their deputies.
The Committee considers questions regarding the:
- implementation of the Constitution;
- proposals for amending the Constitution;
- principal constitutional issues concerning the adoption and enforcement of laws and other regulations and acts;
- other constitutional issues.
