The digitalisation would have happened sooner or later, given the accelerated technological development, globalization, the need for unlimited space for research, work, participation in the global labor market, education, services and the formation of public opinion on certain specific and general issues as well.

I have the pleasure and honor to greet you today at the new premises of the Agency for the Implementation of the Language of the Republic of North Macedonia, and that, at the continuation of the subsequent event of this Agency, for which I can very much certainly state that from the moment when its establishment and commencement of work was formalized by law, it has justified its existence, and with a burst which is to be admired, it continues to implement the necessary activities to comply with legal provisions and constitutional rights and liabilities of all stakeholders.

ADDRESS OF THE PRESIDENT XHAFERI AT THE 17TH CONFERENCE OF PRESIDENTS OF PARLIAMENT OF THE ADRIATIC IONIAN INITIATIVE TOWARDS A DIGITAL SOCIETY – OPPORTUNITIES AND PITFALLS FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION ENTERING THE LABOUR MARKET

This year, similar to 2020, when the 20 years since the establishment of this initiative were marked, the focus is towards developing and strengthening the safety of the states in the region, deepening the cooperation between the member states, where the Republic of North Macedonia contributes, as a state in the EU integration process.

It is my honor and pleasure to have the opportunity, on behalf of the Members of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia and on my own behalf to welcome the highly respected Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, my friend Mr. Mustafa Şentop and esteemed Members of the Delegation, and allow me to seize this opportunity to congratulate You dear fellow, all those present in the hall, and all our fellow citizens on 21st December – the Turkish Language Day in the Republic of North Macedonia, which is in honor to our fellow Turkish citizens in the country, and also with all due respect and attention to the Republic of Turkey that is our traditional, long-standing and sincere friend.

Allow me, at the beginning of my speech, on my behalf and the behalf of the MPs of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, to greet You who are present at this Solemn Academy which marks the anniversary of the establishment of the State University in Tetovo, the temple of the spread of science is now 26 years old and wish you many more anniversary celebrations.

Allow me, today, through this address video address, on my behalf and on behalf of the MPs of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, to congratulate you on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, which in the distant 1920, with a royal decree, began its teaching – scientific activity and thus deserved the piety – the oldest higher education institution in the country.
