COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES

The Committee on Constitutional Issues has a Chairperson, sixteen members and their deputies.

The Committee considers questions regarding the:

implementation of the Constitution;
proposals for amending the Constitution;
principal constitutional issues concerning the adoption and enforcement of laws and other regulations and acts;
other constitutional issues.
